Our Commitment to Your Commission:

By submitting this referral, you confirm your understanding of the Virtual Referral Network’s standard agreement.

The standard referral fee is 25% of the gross commission paid to the receiving agent’s brokerage at closing, unless you and the receiving agent mutually agree to a different fee in a separate, documented agreement.

This submission serves as the initial, clear documentation of the referral relationship as outlined in our Member Terms.
